What is your Sales & Return Policiy?
NSL Magic Plant Sales and Return policies are designed to provide the best experience of shopping to our members. Please review the details of the policies in our Sales & Return Policy Section.
Can I ship the products to an alternative address other than my billing address?
Yes, you can do that during the checkout and complete the delivery address section. However, we still require all customers to complete the billing address. We take this measure to protect our members and ourselves from credit card frauds.
Do you accept company check for payment?
Currently we only accept credit card for online purchases. If you prefer to pay with other payment methods, please contact our Customer Service at 1-877-801-9733.

How do I become a wholesale member of NSL-Magic Plant ?
You begin by registering your company on our wholesale access site.
Once you complete and submit the information, our wholesale department will review your application for approval. It may take 2-3 business days for the application to be approved.
What is the requirement to become a member?
Anyone can apply to become an NSL-Magic Plant member.
I do not have company Tax ID currently; can I still be eligible to become a member?
Yes you can. However, we need to obtain your Social Security Numbers to complete the application process.
What is a Seller Permit (California Only)?
Seller permit is a document issued by California State to retailers/ businesses, which allow us to void sales tax on purchases. If your business is not established in California, you are not required to provide information on this section.
Is it possible to become an international wholesale member? Yes.

What are the ingredients of The Magic Plant products?
Magic Bean, Magic Egg, Magic Plant are filled with 100% natural agriculture ingredients. They may include seeds ,beans ,mineral soil,growin medium.
What is the warranty of the Magic Plant products?
All of our products carry half-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty may exclude abuse, burnt, or damages due to customers' negligence.
How do I store the products?
every product have a diffrent maintenance instraction ,please read on each product,Due to the natural ingredients of the products, please keep them in within room temperature (60'F-75'F).
Excessive heat will discharge the blend and premature the ingredients of the products.
Are there instructions on the packaging and/or bottle of the Magic Plant products?
All products are packed with comprehensive guidelines and instructions on how to use them. If you need further assitance, please contact our Customer Service at 1-877-801-9733 or send us an email with your concerns.
Ordering FAQ:
What is the minimum amount of purchase for the initial order?
The minimum purchase is 1 case of any product.
Is it possible to mix and match the products to meet the minimum case quantities or to obtain volume discounts?
No, it is not possible to mix and match the products into a case. Each product has the quantities listed per case.
Can I change or cancel my orders after I completed the checkout?
You may change or cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipment.
Once your order has been prepared for the shipping company, we cannot make any changes.

Do you charge any sales taxes?
Only members, who do not provide the Tax Exempt numbers or (FEIN) are enttitled to pay Sales Tax. Tennessee Sales Tax is 9.25% of the total purchases.
Returning FAQ:
Who do I contact if I need to return the products?
You may contact our Customer Service at 1-877-801-9733 to obtain the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. RMA numbers will not be extended and will be closed upon expiration. You must contact NSL Magic Plant Customer Service again to obtain another RMA number. Once the RMA has been issued you will receive an email explaining what to expect during the return process. If the return is a multiple box shipment the RMA number must be marked on all packages returned. All packages returned must have the RMA number displayed in large bold letters on the outside of the box. Unauthorized or Unmarked returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense. Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned due to an invalid address, are subject to additional shipping fees. All product(s) must be returned as originally received to include original packaging, documentation, and all bundled labels. Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during transit. Product(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate both the warranty and RMA and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Warranty FAQ:
Who do I contact for warranty issues?
You may contact our Customer Service at 1-877-801-9733.
Please provide all information on issue with products, so we can thoroughly investigate the problem(s). All warranty, exchange and replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available, NSL Magic plant will substitute the product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping/ Delivery FAQ:
How do you ship the orders?
All USA orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Services, except APO/FPO,
which we will utilize USPS Priority Service.
All international orders will be shipped via different International Services.
Will I receive shipping confirmation of my orders?
Shipping confirmation will be emailed to the registered email member. If you do not receive any shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact our Customer Service.
How long is the shipping time for my order?
All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/ holidays). Processing time is the amount of time it takes to review, verify and ship your order. All Overnight-shipping requests will receive priority on the processing time. All international, APO/ FPO orders may require additional processing time.
What can I do,
if the carrier indicated the product was delivered, but I did not get it?
Please contact our Customer Service, so we can schedule a follow-up on missing delivery items with the shipper.
The delivered package is damaged or opened, what do I do?
Please contact our Customer Service , so we can schedule a carrier driver to follow up the claim. Please keep the original box and packaging material, as this will be needed to file a damage claim with the carrier. A replacement will be shipped once the damage claim is filed and we have a response from the carrier.
What do I do, if I received wrong items on the order?
If you believe you received the wrong item in an order, please contact our Customer Service to obtain the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. Once we verified the mistake on the order, we will expedite the replacement items.
What do I do if I find missing items from my order? Please contact our Customer Service.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do ship internationally.
